Our Services
Thames Wellness Spa offers professional wellness and relaxation services, including signature wellness packages, traditional Ayurvedic therapies, modern full-body massages, exfoliation and glow treatments, targeted therapies, signature facials, steam, jacuzzi and luxury add-ons.
All services are purely therapeutic, non-medical and strictly professional in nature. Service descriptions, durations, inclusions and prices displayed on our website are indicative and may be revised, replaced or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Availability of a particular therapy, therapist or time slot is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Eligibility & Age
- Our services are intended for guests aged 18 years and above.
- Guests below 18 years may be permitted only for selected services, only with the written consent of and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and entirely at the Spa’s discretion.
- We may request a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in for verification and security purposes.
Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments may be made by phone, WhatsApp, through our website enquiry form, or in person at our reception.
- An enquiry submitted through the website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only once our team confirms the date, time and therapy with you.
- Advance booking is strongly recommended, especially on weekends, public holidays and during festive periods.
- We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time for consultation, changing and relaxation.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that the following guest is not delayed. The full price of the originally booked service will still apply.
- Therapist allocation is made based on availability. Requests for a specific therapist or gender preference are accommodated wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show
Your appointment reserves a therapist, a room and a time slot exclusively for you. To be fair to other guests and to our team, the following applies:
- Cancellation or rescheduling requested at least 4 hours before the appointment time is accepted free of charge.
- Cancellation within 4 hours of the appointment, or a no-show, may result in the session being treated as availed if it was booked against a prepaid package, membership or gift voucher.
- Repeated no-shows may lead to a request for advance payment for future bookings.
- The Spa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to therapist unavailability, technical issues, maintenance or any unforeseen circumstance. In such cases you will be offered an alternate slot or, at our discretion, a refund of any advance paid for that session.
Please confirm the exact cancellation window applicable to your booking with our reception at the time of confirmation, as it may differ for group bookings, couple therapies and festive packages.
Pricing, Payment & Taxes
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable GST and other statutory levies will be charged as per prevailing law.
- Prices, offers, discounts and packages are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one confirmed to you at the time of billing.
- Payment is due in full at the end of your session unless a package or membership has been prepaid.
- We accept cash, UPI, debit and credit cards, and such other modes as may be notified at our reception. Card and UPI transactions are processed by our bank or payment partner; we do not store your card or UPI credentials.
- Tipping or gratuity is entirely voluntary and at your discretion.
- Promotional offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount or membership benefit unless expressly stated.
Memberships, Packages & Gift Vouchers
- Memberships and prepaid packages are valid only for the duration and on the days specified in the plan (for example, weekday-only or all-day plans) and expire automatically on the completion of that period.
- Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable and may be availed only by the registered member, unless the plan expressly permits otherwise.
- Unused sessions or unexpired validity are not refundable and not extendable, except at the sole discretion of the management in genuine and documented circumstances such as prolonged medical illness.
- Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of billing, are valid until the expiry date printed on them, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be reissued if lost, damaged or stolen.
- Membership discounts apply only to the services listed in the plan and may exclude products, luxury add-ons and festive packages.
- The Spa reserves the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice to existing members.
Refund Policy
- Services once availed are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your therapy, please inform the reception or management before you leave the premises so that we can address it immediately.
- Prepaid packages, memberships and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.
- Where a refund is approved at the sole discretion of the management, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to applicable deductions.
- Products purchased at the Spa may be exchanged only if unopened, unused and in their original packaging, and only within the period stated at the time of purchase.
Health Disclosure & Safety
Your safety is our first priority. Before your therapy begins, you must inform our therapist or reception about any condition that could affect the treatment, including:

- Any ongoing medication, medical treatment or physiotherapy.
You confirm that all health information you provide is true and complete. The Spa shall not be held responsible for any adverse reaction, discomfort, injury or aggravation of an existing condition arising from information that was withheld, incomplete or inaccurate.
Our therapies are wellness and relaxation services. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or care. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before booking. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service where we believe it may not be safe or suitable for you, or where you are under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance.

We equally commit that our staff will treat every guest with professionalism, dignity and respect. Any concern regarding staff conduct may be reported directly to the management using the contact details in Section 15.
